Appella™ Cabernet Sauvignon Tasting Notes
Our journey to produce a fine wine at the peak of quality began in the southern region of the Columbia Valley, where select grapes from 10-year-old vines ripen and develop complex flavors from the natural elements. The wine is aged in French oak barrels to create a sophisticated red with a deep ruby color and a violet rim. Aromas of dark cherry and black currant mix with nuances of vanilla, fine tobacco leaf, and star anise. Notes of plump blueberry, rich caramel, and dark chocolate layer this lush wine with plush, round tannins, balanced acidity, and a long, velvety finish.
