COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Triple Cheese and Caramelized Onion Quiche
• For best results, cook from frozen. Do not microwave or prepare in toaster oven.
• Remove plastic wrap and place on a baking sheet.
• Bake for 40-45 minutes until the center appears to be set and cooked through or until the internal temperature reaches 145-150°F.
Crab Cakes
• For best results, cook from frozen. Do not microwave or prepare in toaster oven.
• Preheat ¼ cup olive oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat.
• Sauté crab cakes 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and fully heated through.
• Serve with your favorite sauce or a spritz of lemon juice.
Lobster Bread Puddings
• Preheat oven to 375°F.
• Place frozen puddings on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
• Bake 10-15 minutes until warmed through.
Maple Hickory-Smoked Bacon
• PAN FRY: Arrange slices in a cold skillet. Cook slowly over low heat, turning until crisp and brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
• MICROWAVE: Place bacon strips between paper towels. Cook 4 slices on high for 3 minutes, then continue in 30-second intervals until desired crispness.
• BROIL: Place bacon on a rack in a preheated broiler, 3-5 inches from the heat. Turn once and broil to desired crispness.
Cinnamon Swirl
• MICROWAVE: Remove plastic wrap and place on a microwave-safe plate. Heat on high for 1 minute 30 seconds if frozen 1 minute if refrigerated or thawed. Continue in 15-second intervals if needed.
• OVEN: Remove plastic wrap and place on an oven-safe plate. Heat at 350°F for 25 minutes if frozen, 20 minutes if refrigerated or thawed.
Bloody Mary Cocktail
• Fill a glass with ice. Add vodka to desired strength (omit for non-alcoholic version).
• Shake mix well and pour over ice.
• Stir, then garnish with olives, celery sticks, marinated vegetables, or lime wedges as desired.
