It's perfect for a fun date night in or as a gift for anyone who loves to cook.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Keep frozen until ready to use. To thaw, place entire package on a plate in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours before cooking.

Additional Ingredients Needed
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp dried rosemary
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tsp minced garlic
½ cup beef stock
¼ cup balsamic vinegar

Step 1
• Preheat oven to 375°F.
• Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with olive oil.
• Combine rosemary, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Rub mixture evenly on both sides of lamb chops.
• Sear lamb chops 2-3 minutes per side for a total of 10-15 minutes.
• Blot pan with a paper towel to remove excess oil.
• Transfer lamb chops to a baking sheet and place in the preheated oven for 10 minutes to finish cooking.

Step 2
• While lamb chops bake, return skillet to medium heat and add ½ tablespoon olive oil.
• Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add beef stock and cook 1 minute, scraping pan to loosen browned bits.
• Stir in the balsamic vinegar and ½ cup Harry & David® tart cherry preserves. Cook about 10 minutes, until sauce thickens.

Step 3
• Remove lamb chops from oven; internal temperature should reach 140°F. Let rest 5 minutes.
• Add lamb chops to the pan with cherry glaze and turn to coat on each side for 2-3 minutes.
