Heating Instructions
• Remove frozen Brie from packaging and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet to thaw for 30 minutes.
• Preheat oven to 325°F. Do not microwave.
• Whisk together 1 egg and 1 tsp of water, and brush the pastry with the egg mixture.
• Bake for about 45 minutes, or until the pastry is fully puffed, golden brown, and firm to the touch, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
