Pear Compote Flatbread Recipe

Sandy Coughlin | Appetizers, Pears, Relish |American

When hosting a get-together, it can be difficult to cook a big meal. Providing small bites like this Pear Compote Flatbread recipe made with Harry & David pears can be a great alternative to give you more time to enjoy the party!

This flatbread with Royal Riviera Pear Compote is a delightful treat served with Cacow Belle cheese. When paired with the delicious L de Lyeth from Sonoma County, it makes for a delightful Cabernet Sauvignon food pairing. It has a hint of herbs and lemon and honey. And the touch of sweetness from the pear compote adds another level of flavor that is so delicious. In addition to the flavors in the flatbread, the ease of making this recipe is another reason why it's a must try! You'll spend more time enjoying time with your guests than preparing an expansive menu. And it will be a hit with everyone! Next time there's a gathering, make sure this recipe is on the menu.
